Proofreading: Once you have a rough draft written, read over your summary looking for spelling or grammatical
mistakes. As you are reading the rough draft, ask yourself if it makes sense? Could someone unfamiliar with the
profession understand it? Once the rough draft has been reviewed and edited, ask at least 2 other individuals to
proof read your summary.
